COURAGE AWARDS
Do you know a person, business or organization that has let their courage SHINE during the COVID-19 pandemic?
With the Courage Across Canada Tour 2023: ReOpening with Pride, we are looking to honour these folks for the tenacity they have demonstrated and the great impacts they have made.
Fill out the form here to cast your nomination and explain how this individual or organization embodied and continues to embody courage.
Courage Nomination Details:
5 awards will be announced per city (one per category)
Categories include: Teacher, Healthcare Worker, Youth, Community Organization, and Business.
You can only submit a nomination once (any duplicates or extras will be disqualified).
Awards will be drawn on X date.
Winners will be invited to a performance in their area and awarded with a Courage Award Certificate. Potential other prizing to be determined.
