We rely on community support and donations to continue our work and reach more communities across Canada. So if you’d like to help us raise funds, we have a few ideas!
For educators
If your students are required to wear uniforms, host a “dress-down day” and encourage kids to wear pink and donate a dollar.
Share 2SLGBTQIA+ community news with morning announcements once a month with a call to action for everyone to donate
Place a donation box in the main office (download design here)
For students
Ask a teacher to help you plan a bake sale of pink cupcakes or cookies
Organize a talent show and donate proceeds from ticket sales
For all allies
Consider placing a donation box in your store/office or a link to our donate page on your website or blog
Host pink parties on the Day of Pink (every second Wednesday of April) and encourage your guests to donate
