Step By Step Process to Order Day of Pink Kits / DOP Supplies

1. Please fill out this form to order Day of Pink Supplies, such as Posters, Stickers, and Buttons.

2. Within a week of placing your order, you should receive an invoice for the cost of your Day of Pink Kit(s)/ Supplies. If you do not receive and invoice or have any questions, comments or concerns, please email: gala@jersvision.org

3. Pay as quickly as possible, online via the Jer's Vision/Day of Pink Canada Helps donation system (make sure that you email us the confirmation number of your donation- and make sure that the donation is public so that we can see your name and send you your kit/s ) or by sending a cheque to:

• 1 Shout Booklet
• 1 DVD from the Ambassy of The Netherlands (for the first 50 ordered and paid for)

When does the order ship to me?

• Shipping of supplies will occur 4 times before the Day of Pink. 
• Please make sure to select which of the following dates you want your supplies shipped on.
• Please also check deadlines for making orders.

What are the Shipping Costs?

• Please also note that there is an additional cost of 8.50$ (or more) for tracking and international shipping.
• The mailing of larger orders may also be subject to additional shipping costs that we wil inform you of prior to finalizing your order.
• The Shipping Costs are used to pay for the additional cost of sending your Day of Pink Kit or supplies to you, to spread awareness of The Day of Pink. As a charity, we use the cost of these kits and supplies and shipping to ensure we cover our basic costs.

How can I pay for my Day of Pink Kit/ Supplies?

• Payment for your kit can be done online via the Jer's Vision/Day of Pink Canada Helps donation system (make sure that you email us the confirmation number of your donation- and make sure that the donation is public so that we can see your name and send you your kit/s )or by sending a cheque to:

What if I miss one of the Shipping Dates?

• Please note if payment is not recieved by the deadlines, your order will not be shipped on the desired date.
• We have 4 shipping dates:
  Last week of January (Deadline: January 21, 2013)

  Second week of February (Deadline: February 11, 2013)

  First week of March (Deadline: March 3, 2013)

  Last week of March (Deadline: March 22, 2013)
